When we emailed customer service they responded within four hours and were able to help us understand which items were available for same-day delivery and which were not. Phone support was just as helpful, answering our call within four minutes. They were able to clarify what qualified for free shipping and what did not. The only thing could have improved on was a shorter wait time. Overall we have to say that our experience with ProFlowers support was refreshing and hassle-free.
